The dimensions provided encompass the full paper size, including a delicate 2cm border, adding an elegant touch to the overall presentation of the artwork.

Prints are delivered rolled and in a sturdy postal tube. Due to their size, I recommend that larger prints are handled by a professional framer. 

Please note that our prints are shipped unframed, allowing you the flexibility to choose a frame that perfectly complements your taste and decor. Also, I offer to framed them with an extra cost.

To guarantee the authenticity of your investment, every Fine Art Print of Limited Edition is accompanied by a meticulously crafted Certificate of Authenticity, providing you with the assurance that you are acquiring an exclusive work of art.

To ensure the durability and beauty of your Limited Edition Fine Art Prints, It is important to avoid direct contact with sunlight. If you want to save the artwork, instead of having it exposed, it should be done in a drawer and protected with a tissue paper or any other soft paper.

If you exhibit the artwork in a room, it must be protected by glass or methacrylate with UV protection.

If you want to frame it, the materials must be acid free as well as the passepartout. If the frame is made of wood and is in direct contact with the photo, it must be made of natural wood and without varnish.

Adhesives must also be acid free. If not, any other adhesive could leave yellow marks and deteriorate the support.

The work should never be touched directly with the hands in order to avoid leaving traces of grease or moisture. You have to touch it with cotton gloves like the ones that we enclose inside the package.

Do not screw the photograph back on after it has been removed from the tube in case you have received it like that.

Store the work in a cool, dry place preferably at a room temperature between 10º and 30º with a relative humidity between 49% and 60%.

If you have acquired more than one photograph, they should never be touched between them since the surface is very sensitive. You should always put a tissue paper or, at least, another soft paper between the both of them.

I also recommend you keep your fine art print stored as it is sent, until it is ready for framing. It is best if a professional framer unwraps and frames your print for you, but if you need to handle it for any reason, please take care (especially with the larger sizes) and wear the cotton gloves included in the package.

To ensure the safe delivery of your artwork, we take utmost care in packaging. Depending on the size, your piece will be shipped flat or rolled in a secure tube, carefully encased in bubble wrap for maximum protection.

As my artworks are made to order, specifically for you, it usually takes around 5-7 days to produce them and then the shipment to your home – within Mexico usually around 1-3 working days. Internationally up to one week.

The maximum time for you to receive your order is 2 weeks under normal conditions (extraordinary conditions could be, for example, restrictions due to a storm, problems regarding the current situation of the Coronavirus, etc.)
